Gotham: Benedict Samuel

Benedict Samuel has been announced to be playing Jervis Tetch AKA The Mad Hatter, a Batman villain obsessed with Lewis Carol's 'Alice in Wonderland' and finding 'Alice', using watches to hypnotise anyone who gets in his way. He also uses cards to mind control people when they wear them on a hat. He is described as a psychotic hypnotist on a mission to find his missing sister, Alice. The Mad Hatter will become a season 3 regular, first appearing in episode 3.
